To further enhance our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, Sales and Procurement, the Senior Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the management of our national Customer Care Teams and Contact Centre.  Furthermore, you will assist in driving and executing our customer-centric strategy, ensuring that every interaction that our customers have with our company is positive, seamless, and memorable. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we engage with our customers, and you will assist in developing strategies that promote long-term customer loyalty.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, marketing, customer experience or a related field.
  • Strong creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer experience best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong project management abilities to drive initiatives to successful completion.
