About the Role

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the Plastics production processes, including operating modern automated plastics extrusion, conversion and recycling machinery.

The roster is 12-hour shifts where you work 4 days on and then have 4 days off rotating across a 24-hour 7-day roster. The shifts rotate between day shifts of 5:45 am to 5:45 pm and night shifts of 5:45 pm to 5:45 am.

You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process which includes:

• Operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality flexible packaging products.
• Monitoring and adjusting production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting minor repairs.
• Following rigorous safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
