As Head of Growth Strategy you will be pivotal to achieving Signet’s success goals through the creation and delivery of long-term strategic brand, product, price and marketing initiatives.

You will report to and work closely with the General Manager – Marketing and Sales, an experienced and innovative leader with a clear vision and purposeful strategy to guide Signet’s future.


Your aim will be to maximize our revenue growth potential and optimize profitability by developing and executing targeted product, customer relationship management and brand communication strategies. You will also be responsible for managing our Analytics and Insights division and managing a marketing lead product and price management team, all of which contribute at a senior level to drive marketing operational excellence.


The key objectives for this role in the next 12 months include:

  • Develop and execute Growth Strategy Plans to achieve customer sales and product sales growth targets
  • Support the revenue growth budget through the development of channel and customer segment strategies
  • Customer advocacy, including brand, communication, and customer experience
  • Lead and develop an engaged and effective Growth Team

What we are looking for:

This role suits a strategic leader with resilience, drive and can take on a hands-on approach when required. A “builder” by nature, you will be comfortable in sharing and adapting your expertise to achieve a best-fit solution for our business. We are also looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated successful level of achievement against commercial targets
  • Ability to think strategically, together with analyzing and reporting into an executive level
  • Strong commercial acumen and business sense
  • Experience in B2B consumables and multi-channel activity in face to face and online selling, with an understanding of customer behavior in these environments
  • Experience in product portfolio and price strategy management ideally both for branded distributed products and product development under the business’s brand
  • A proven team player able to work with and engage people at all levels
  • Ability to be highly influential in the business and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • A natural mentor and leader who will coach and develop a high performance team
  • Able to travel interstate from time to time
