SIGNET is a well-established company with national operations. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who has recently graduated from university to join our Graduate Program, and is interested in developing a career in Accounting. This position is based in our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley. 


More about the opportunity:

Your entry level role of Customer Experience Coordinator will help you establish an understanding of our environment in terms of learning about our customer relationships, learning our core business and systems, as well as participating in quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will initially involve being the first point of contact for SIGNET by answering inbound customer calls, processing orders, proactively building product, and systems knowledge, which you can impart onto our customers.


After 6-12 months, you will get the opportunity to move into the Accounts Receivable Team, providing customer-focused assistance through maintaining customer ledgers, debt collection, processing credit notes and general accounts support. This role provides the pathway into our Finance Team.


The successful applicant will:

  • Hold a recent undergraduate degree in Business with an Accounting major
  • Enjoy dealing with people and understands customer service
  • Pursuing an Accounting career
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Have an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
