About the role:
Working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you’ll be an integral part of the team as you provide customer-focused support through:
- Collection of overdue payments
- Reconciliations
- Account queries
- Processing credit notes
- Maintenance of customer ledgers
- Meeting monthly budgets
- Administrative support

About you:
Our ideal team member has customer service and administration experience in a corporate environment, while possessing an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Your strengths in building effective relationships with customers and team members, together with your high attention to detail, time management, proactive and self-driven attitude, ability to meet targets and intermediate computer skills will see you well placed for success in this role. Accounts Receivable and collections experience is highly regarded though not mandatory.
