Our graduate positions are based in our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley.

The Graduate Journey:

The two-year program develops alongside you, based on your career ambitions and goals. Most graduates begin their journey in our successful Customer Experience Centre, where they learn about our organisation, our customers, our products and systems, and our approach. This role involves being the first point of contact for SIGNET by answering inbound customer calls, upselling and cross-selling, processing orders and general administration.

As you progress through the second year, you’ll focus on developing business acumen. We’ll give you greater responsibility as you undertake projects in your field of interest, such as marketing, procurement, sales, logistics and more.

About you:

  • Hold a recent undergraduate degree in Business or related field
  • Enjoy building strong customer relationships
  • Has excellent customer service and/or sales experience
  • Has a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Have an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
